Lichen on a headstone

Pertusaria aspergilla (Lepra aspergilla). A pale grey crustose lichen on a grave headstone. A common lichen found on nutrient rich sandstone. Examples here are from a headstone dated 1884 in Redmire churchyard, facing west. Another lichen, the muddy brown Acarospora fuscata, occupies the same stone in roughly equal coverage.
